As I've been curiously searching around the web for the societies of the deceased clans. I haven't found any sources on how the other clans lived. Sarna doesn't provide any info on how the Clans like the Widowmaker, Mongooses, Wolverines and Burrocks lived before their passing.

So far the only hint I found about what the Burrocks were possibly like was in this fan-made field manual for them:
FMCC Clan Burrock

So does anyone have any info about how the other clans lived before their annihilation or absorption?

Well, according to "Betrayal of Ideals" the Wolverines out clanned the rest of the Clans by running a meritocracy with a less constrained caste system, which proved more effective and got them ganged up on and made an example of.

Clan Wolverine only existed for 17 years, from 2807 to 2824 before its annihilation and the escape of its survivors back to the IS (and presumably the Rimward Periphery, "south" of the Magistracy of Canopus). Consequently, it's culture never really morphed into Nicholas' idea of a totalitarian socialist warrior society but maintained the more capitalist and libertarian character that flavored the old Star League, thus incurring Nicholas' wrath and sparking the events depicted in "Betrayal of Ideals."

Therefore after the horrendous, apocalyptic battle at Barbados, new leader Trish Ebon tossed away any remaining vestige of the "Clan Way" and reverted the surviving group back to the "SLDF-in-Exile," painting its mechs army green and re-adopting the 331st Royal Battlemech Division logo, and returning to the full use of SLDF tactics, as seen during the "Minnesota Tribe" raids in the Draconis Combine in 2825.

A hint of the final fate of the "SLDF-in-Exile" can be found in Interstellar Expeditions, on pages 4-7 here:
