Build - HBK-4H

Quirks:

Ballistic Cooldown− 10%
Ballistic Range+ 20 %
Energy Cooldown− 20%
Energy Heat− 15%
Base Armor (RT)+ 18
Base Structure (RT)+ 12

Pretty simple. Gauss Rifle (2.5 tons ammo) with 5 ER Medium Lasers and 250 LFE. With the skill tree you can get a maximum of -25.5% Heat from the ER Medium Lasers and couple it with +10% Cool Run and you can get fairly good sustain even without extra DHS. You can fire the ER ML in the head with the Gauss Rifle or just the Gauss Rifle when skirting the heat threshold if ever you reach that point. I'd probably get more range in the skill tree so that the ER MLs do more damage at 400m for better trading.

It's pretty mobile since it goes at 81 kph so you can reposition quickly when needed. The two arm ER MLs can shoot down UAVs or track down annoying light mechs. Posted Image

The 4H is a solid mech. Personally is put a gauss on my 4G. It has a crit receiving bonus, and that velocity quirk really make a gauss quite silly, and accurate.
