I'd like to see the clan Fire Moth (Dasher) sometime in the future. It has plenty of variants and a hero build (http://www.sarna.net...e_Moth_(Dasher)) The only problems i see with it are the massive engine size and the amount of weapons. It is a lot to have on a mech that is only 20 tons.

With the tussle against harmony gold mostly rectified I expect we will see the rest of the unseen rolling out the door before we see mechs that actually would cause the weak game engine so much grief, as it stands it took us FOREVER to get the flea - the myst lynx's skinny contortionist cousin is likely going to be waiting a while.

Personally for light mechs I'd LOVE to see the Locust IIC. 25 ton clan battlemech with weapon loads kind of like the Piranha or a clan version of the Flea. Which as a battlemech has the option to change engines to tweak how it plays. Of course it also just should look really neat to. But I'm a Locust IIC fanboy, it was possibly my favorite light from TT.

So many to choose from...
Wasp, Stinger, Crusader, Chameleon, Merlin
Locust IIC, Commando IIC, UrbanMech IIC, Stinger IIC,
Mercury http://www.sarna.net...ury_(BattleMech)
Mackie http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Mackie
Clint http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Clint
etc.

If limited to 1 then I'd pick Mackie because it was the first.
Was in extremely high demand for many years, so much demand that its plans got stolen and was manufactured by several other companies and from its longevity it should have more variants then we can shake a stick at.

I would like to see PGI give some help to the Blood Asp and Sun Spider.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again...

Crusader, urbanmech iic, phoenix hawk iic, griffin iic, wasp, stinger and Valkyrie.... and (this will never happen... but... I’d also like the battle cobra). Oh oh and a behemoth (Stone Rhino)

Honestly I'd like to see the Argus, Hauptman, and Chimera make an appearance.
PGI would probably do a great job modernizing those designs.

I'd love to see the Perseus, but PGI would have to fudge the cannon builds a bit since some carry lasers in the legs.

Also, I'm not sure if they plan on introducing any IS omnimechs anytime soon.

there IS a Bolt on for the Zeus that gives him that classic pic look, the dorsal fins on his back from one of the classic pic:s. i think they came 4 or 3 patches ago ingame ingame, somewhere is the pic in the patchnotes, lets see if i find them: just ### that they fall off when hitted, they look awesome. The first bolt on that looks good

jep here :

I'm surprised we haven't gotten the Argus yet. Seems like a popular enough design and it might actually prove to be effective. Then again it really depends on how generous they are with the hitboxes.

They'd have to do a major boost to the Chimera's armor to make it worthwhile. That missile pod in the right torso is a big "here I am, shoot me here" kind of thing.

I'd like to see a 4 pack kind of thing of IS omni mechs.

It is not a huge deal IMO. There are mechs like a Hunchback or Hellspawn in the game already (with quirked components). I piloted the Hellspawn quite a bit and it is was harder to protect CT for me than a huge missile torso or a missile arm. Honestly I don't remember ever losing the missile arm on the Hellspawn. I was using the light engine on it and after some matches decided that it is pretty XL-safe.

I hope for something like that too. Would be a good theme for some BIG update. For some IS omnis it would be pretty essential to at least have the option to change the engine type. Light engine is pretty vital for most roles. IS XL assaults, with everyone around knowing for sure that these are 100% IS XLs, won't be viable.

Almost forgot. PGI should add the Mackie. Since they can invent variants now, we don't have to worry about the ones with Primitive Tech. I'd love to see a bunch of "Parts Bin Special" versions slapped together for the Clan invasion era.

I want to finish up the 3025 TRO non unseen mechs.

The "Clint", "Hermes II", "Whitworth", and "Dervish".

It would be nice to have all the mechs from that book, that I still have, from 1988!

It will be awful but just for laughs:

Hollander, 35 ton mech with a Heavy Gauss.
