While in the user interface of the game, config, store, ect.. my game and computer will randomly lock up. Anyone else experiencing this?

I assume you mean a hard lock, ie, you get no response from alt-ctrl-delete and have to restart the machine ?

is it a laptop ?

does it crash while your using it, or while its idle

if you dont mind, it might be useful to run a general benchmark utility like userbenchmark, which will tell us the system components and comparatively how good / bad they are doing ... grab userbenchmark from http://www.userbenchmark.com/downloads and post the end web page result ....

mismatches and Diagnostics will repair some probs.

If it was as buggy as you believe it is, there would be a ton more threads. And if you are also having issues with a Bethesda game(s) then you should actually take a hard look at your system. Of the 3 systems I have, the last time I had an issue it was related to a Windows update that had furbar my GPU driver and a few other things.

System specs, including PSU. Also indicate of CPU/GPU are OC, either manually or from the mfg.
