While in the user interface of the game, config, store, ect.. my game and computer will randomly lock up. Anyone else experiencing this?

I assume you mean a hard lock, ie, you get no response from alt-ctrl-delete and have to restart the machine ?

Total hard lock. No cntrl alt del at all. Have to reset. Have no idea what could be causing it. Desktop computer.

does it crash while your using it, or while its idle
if you dont mind, it might be useful to run a general benchmark utility like userbenchmark, which will tell us the system components and comparatively how good / bad they are doing ... grab userbenchmark from http://www.userbenchmark.com/downloads and post the end web page result ....

heres a possibility, download and run DirectX sdk here, https://developer.mi...ads/sdk-archive.

Still does it. Had more bugs with this game than a Bethesda game.. go figure

If it was as buggy as you believe it is, there would be a ton more threads. And if you are also having issues with a Bethesda game(s) then you should actually take a hard look at your system. Of the 3 systems I have, the last time I had an issue it was related to a Windows update that had furbar my GPU driver and a few other things.
System specs, including PSU. Also indicate of CPU/GPU are OC, either manually or from the mfg.
