I was just wasting time and I went to my YouTube channel that I use mainly to save stuff and to be able to post them elsewhere. Many of them played video games like what any 58 years old does....

I was stunned to see that I had 57 subscribers. And then I saw why. I had uploaded an episode of "Stuck With Hackett" in 2015 and it had been watched almost 16,000 times.

I was trying to show some of my gardening groups how wood gas worked and it's possible to use it as a made/recycled fuel in a BioChar retort.

BioChar (Charcoal) is a by-product of making wood gas. And wood gas is a by-product of making charcoal in a retort inside of a retort.

So my idea was to heat the retort using the wood gas. It is up there with my idea of building a dehumidifier that discharges the hot air outside through a vent.

Yeap, yeap, yeap....

I 100% wouldn't know what wood gas is if it wasn't for this piece low tech magazine did on it awhile ago.
