you must increase the jam chance of CLAN UAC to 99%

Ahh yes! A NEW WEAPON! Yes! that's right! I NEW CLAN WEAPON! We just equip all clan Mechs like above that will blow up on first alpha and send them into combat with the enemy and just blow then up.

I don't know.. You DON'T have to use either side. You're not locked into them.. Even cw/fw now allows no-penalty side changes.. Don't like the changes to 1 side, use the other. It's a game. Why so serious

I don't drive, so doesn't exactly apply to me. Other than a legal race, can you even really use all that horsepower?
But for context sake, let's assume mech piloting equates your driving example. Dozens of mechs I've piloted have been nerfed one way or another even tho I've bought them for real money. I just go onto the next one. My best performers are all clan. The dwf, the madiic, the mcii, supernova, huntsman phakhet, hbkiic. All except the super nova and hbkiic I bought using mc or packages. Majority of them have been nerfed at some point or another. (I think the only one who has actually gotten buffed is the phakhet due to srm6 buffs, but I have yet to pilot it post-buff). I am 100% certain they hold an advantage over the typical IS counter part and am fine with the nerf to try and align them on a more level playing field. (I feel it's the ability to boat a specific weapon type to capitalize on specific advantages of that weapon type that gives clans such an edge). I'm happy that both sides can fight now on more equal grounds. This coaxes more people to try new things and change up the meta a little. Maybe it'll reach a point where IS mechs don't need to be quirked so heavily to be viable. The only thing I'm disappointed about is it will somewhat dampen the use of certain mechs that can't boat weapons.
I dunno. If you'd like to buy something that doesn't get changed in attempts to balance things maybe you could play unlimited format trading card games. That Way, whatever cards you buy, is what you get.

BTW, to answer your qns, I might jump to another competitor's vehicle (in this case, an IS mech or another clan mech)
