I've recently been getting occasional lag spikes at the beginning of the match and 100-120 ping for the rest of the match but without crashes.

EDIT: Have you tried deleting all the garbage files from your computer or running a defragmentation program? Doing so makes the computer run more smoothly and helps in some cases. There is a ton of software on the internet that can do these things.
