Greeting MechWarriors';

We are pleased to announce the formation of a new training unit that is housed in the Outreach Alliance Discord server, Called Outreach Auxiliary (OrAx). The purpose of this training unit is to assist new/returning players with;

Basic Skills
Beneficial Game Mechanics
Team Work
Strategy

As outlined in Tactics 101 and The Unofficial MWO Guide

The Goal is to help players attain competence and skill, in the most economically beneficial way to the pilot in question. In addition to helping them either find a unit for permeant placement or return them to the unit that they belong to as a better pilot.

Units that are a member of the Outreach Alliance are encouraged to send new/returning pilots for a faction tour in the OrAx unit, as well as drop with our trainee's. We feel that community, helping newer players will help prolong the existence of the community by decreasing the huge learning curve of MWO.

Anyone that has an interest in either giving or receiving training should join the Outreach Alliance Discord Server and ask for information about the OrAx.

Outreach Auxiliary are buncha Nice guys, well coordinated with lots of good skills.
Well worth looking into for newer players.

Instructions on how to join Outreach Alliance Discord
1. Download discord app.
2. Hit the plus sign in the top left corner.
3. Join instead of create server.
4 Paste this link https://discord.gg/qjearDp
5. Click join.
6. Ask people questions or join the OrAx training group.
