Pardon me, there- I know it's listed elsewhere but it the volume of info can get a little over-whelming, so pardon me asking someone will know off-hand: is this league linked to the mrbc league ? net battletech? iirc?- that is in effect a campaign mode?
I found that very interesting, looks like what I thought CW would be way back when ( in essence, the succession wars tabletop game with battles played out in this engine ...). Not that I play enough these days for it to matter, but i do talk alot, so never hurts to spread the word, maybe.

A ps: you're in the Heffay video " try -hard dimension" - my wife, who plays on and off, saw that part and said; "SEE? that's the problem- everyone THINKS they're queenblabde, but they ain't" Posted Image ....

- It's affiliated with MRBC, but is a separate league
- this is 6v6, tonnage limited rather than weight class limited
- only 3 of a chassis able to be used across the 5 drops (to promote variety of mechs used, rather than a pure meta deck each drop)
- 3 point conquest (so the nodes closest to each team's spawn aren't used)
- it's a league rather than an ongoing campaign, so not really similar to NBT outside of agreeing a time and day with your opponents for that week.

That should answer most of your questions. :)

We just played our first match last night (Davion Strike Force vs White Knight Legion) and had a blast! Very close, they won the first two, we won the second two, then the final match they managed to pull out a win over us. Looking forward to the rest of these games, I really like the format. The chassis selection restrictions forces you to make smart choices over where you spend high-value chassis, like Piranhas, Mad Cat II's, and Annihilators, so you can't just take them in every match.

Thanks again for putting this together, Ash.

Speaking of first matches, do we have a casting shedule, or will all be casted?

I kinda feel like (if possible) we could have as many casts as possible since Worlds 18 had none

Keep an eye out. Easiest/most efficient place for us to post about them.

Already 2 official casts booked in for next 3 days and one unofficial.

I'm doing the best to cast 2-3 a week and other casters will try also. Lots of giveaways as well thanks to PGI HQ.

So make sure you're watching / following / notifications for MRBC twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/mrbcleague
