So you are required to play 25 games to qualify for a reward.
Let's say the 3rd place of a division doesn't play 25 games, but 4th place does. Will 4th place be moved up to 3rd place, or will there be no 3rd place winner for that division?
Are players that don't play 25 games skipped or are the removed entirely? If they're removed, why doesn't the leaderboard reflect this?

TBH, this solution is ***-backwards. Players with less than 25 games should not appear on the leaderboards in the first place (let them see their ELO position relative to the LBs, but do not use them to calculate other people's LB positions).

Well this worked out great for me! Finished 4120 in div 7, and got 192 of 195! Full top 500 in all divisions!

wow because of the low match count purge I ranked 182 in division 7...a division I completely tanked in. 22 wins to 66 losses. Last time I checked (I missed the last day of the season due to work) I was way up in quadruple digits. I want to say in the vicinity of 3500...probably higher...I only won any matches in 7 because my opponent made terrible mistakes.
