He's not wrong. There were many people angered by the FP events on both sides of the fence... strict QP players were angry because they had to go FP... and hardcore FP players were angered because they'd have to switch unit loyalty and they are too into RP to do that. The number of people who actually enjoyed it seemed unfortunately small.
I had a great time with it though.
Strict QP players are hilarious, like they love playing a braindead mode instead of working as a team by finding like minded players and forming a team in FP. Then again I can't really blame them because PGI for throughout the entire of this game's history has failed to make a functioning social hub for people to group up properly, Like there isn't even a channel where you can talk to all online players, it has to be separated into IS and Clan chat like how stupid is that?
The RPs are just being fussy, like they want everything to go their way. For ***** sake PGI after about 9 months since Tukayyid decided to do a few FP events in a row, yet they still want it to cater to their own faction. Let's face it the faction aspect of FP is dead it is just clans vs IS with the exception of events. So eat your damn cake and stop complaining it doesn't have glazing or whatsoever.
I too enjoyed the event, like for me it is a damage farming contest between me and some of my friends
. Drop in a 2-4 man and carry the pugs while doing truckloads of damage. I just wished that other streamers would share the same amount of enthusiasm and try to encourage such a great game mode instead of entirely ignoring the event and doing QP. Like honestly there were A LOT of streamers that didn't stream the FP events.
