The idea is simple. Every weekend you run an event in a single division of Solaris and cycle through the divisions. Keep it simple but achievable. The idea is to consolidate the buckets every weekend to give Solaris a 2nd lease at life.

Week 1:
Play 10 Matches in Solaris Division 7: 250,000Cbills
Play 25 Matches in Solaris Division 7: "7" Decal
Win 10 Matches in Solaris Division 7: 100MC

Week 2:
Play 10 Matches in Solaris Division 6: 250,000Cbills
Play 25 Matches in Solaris Division 6: "6" Decal
Win 10 Matches in Solaris Division 6: 100MC

Week 3:
Play 10 Matches in Solaris Division 5: 250,000Cbills
Play 25 Matches in Solaris Division 5: "5" Decal
Win 10 Matches in Solaris Division 5: 100MC

… and so forth...

At the end of the event you give everyone who played 50 matches or more a "Solaris" Decal.
If 7 weeks is too long make each Division 3 days with a one day overlap and drop the MC to 25 or something.
