Today we loss icon, the man the myth the legend. Stan Lee has pass away today, you'll be missed.

But you'll never be forgotten your story telling and cameos will live on beyond the hevans.

It is sad hearing of his passing, as he did seem to care for the fans that loved the characters he worked on and help publish. Just wish his last year was better than what I heard from various media sources.

From what I heard they pretty much do, however I have no idea what is going on with another company that had gotten some rights during the whole Elder Abuse fiasco in the past year.

Yup, pretty much.. But that doesn't mean i can't enjoy all his original works.. (though i'd have to buy many!) thankfully many of my favs outside of select issues if you get lower condition you can pick up books for .25-.50 cents at shows.

Would love to see marvel roll out the oldies on digital.. Would be so great to buy the entire original series of some books.. (aka 1- early 90's when they started at 1 again)

His stuff from the 60's-80's is the stuff of legend. I am not sure anyone will ever do what he and his small band of misfits accomplished. Stan lee and Jack kirby along with a few others... It really is amazing when you think about it.

But seeing this is the MWO site.. what is your favorite Super hero verse giant robot battle?

I'd have to say the X-men verse the sentinels was really up there..

RIP Stan Lee.

I hope all the actors from the movies come to the funereal in full costume . Stan Lee deserves to be sent off by his Superheroes.

He will be missed.

I was scared it was going to be George Ledoux, but even so it's still sad we lost an icon.
