This thing is slower than most Urbanmechs, is half as durable, and has awful hardpoint locations. Its only conceivable role is to stand next to heavier mechs and hope the enemy focuses them first, because it's too slow and squishy to do anything else.

Please please please give this thing some more durability quirks. +16 leg structure doesn't do anything when it's too slow and squishy everywhere else for anyone to bother aiming for legs.

Heck, give it some weapons quirks, too. If you have to expose almost all of your mech to shoot, you should at least make the damage output worth the trouble.
