Clan Medpulses Damage Only After Half The Beam Hit?

Played my Artic cheetah with twin medpulses and it look that they start to hit only after half the beam has been fired, looking like a latency before it start to do damage. The reticle take time to get red and it's well after it hit the target.

Someone seen that too ?

I've noted the same thing with my pulse lasers, damage on large is not registering the damage properly or seems to be splashing on none moving targets. Targeting computers of my marauders aren't registering the extra range, what the hell is going on with laser weapons and TC's since this patch.
