If I put 4 heavy mediums on a mech and then 2 medium pulse lasers will it trigger the heat penalty or not? 4 pulses can have 6 total and 4 heavy mediums can have 4. Can't get in the game atm to check.

They're in the same heat penalty group ("heatPenaltyID": 10 in http://static.mwomer.../list/full.json), and the penalty triggers based on the lowest allowed number of weapons firing (in this case, 4 since you have the HMLs)
