hmm.. VG does not have said quirks unless the nodes were purchased for them. When a consumable node is purchased it appears as a quirk, just like any other quirks, both default and purchased.

VG, with everything set to default the only quirks are Chassis Cbill bonus, Energy Cooldown, XP bonus , Ballistic cooldown and Torso yaw angle quirks.

On default ya see that the 3/2 consumable slots in which are all locked except the 1st one.
