Bug In Winter Soldier Objective

I have collected intel multiple times in scouting matches and havent got the "collect 1 intel" objective done (the only one im lacking)=

Perhaps it is because recently i changed from clan to inner sphere (if it was only programmed to detect "collect one point as [CURRENT FACTION]"), but this should NOT be a problem in getting the reward and that would be bad programming...

You need to be on the gathering side, collect a piece of intel and win the match.
