Well I went to purchase my Mechwarrior 5 package. And it will not allow me to use my normal payment method of amazon pay. Even though I have used this method for all my purchases before. So I then try to just use my card. It tells me I have to verify my card to use it. But I don't do online banking or sms . So I call your payment services Xsolla. Seems I have to take a picture of my card and send it to them to prove it is my card (with all but last 4 and expiration date blanked out).

Security is nice and all. But when it inconveniences the customer it is no longer security it is a barrier. So instead of buying this. I will now wait till release to purchase. As such I will lose all the extras which would entice me to play more MWO till the beta starts.

Your setup has told me that you don't want my money. And from other posts I have seen I am not alone. So you just lost a sale. It might only be my sale. But I don't think I am alone on this.
