[Warning incoming Humble Dexterer]

Make Faction Play matches start at regular intervals (every 10 minutes ? ), and match up everyone that's available then, the same way the Solaris queue works.

Benefits :
- Players woudn't have to wait in front of their screen the whole time, for a game to randomly start.
- A Solaris style matchmaker could be added to FP.
- The lobby screen could be removed, meaning players would no longer be locked up to 10 minutes in them.
- Grouped players only need to ready up once.
- Players can continue entering and leaving the groups that are queued to launch, right until the last second (without requiring to cancel and ready back the whole group each time, to allow a player in/out the group).
