It depends on the Clan you get captured by. Some Clans are a bit tolerant when it comes to freeborns, while others do not use freeborns in their touman, either executing them in after battle or putting them in a lower caste.

But to answer your question here is how each clan would treat bondsmen:

Clan Wolf - Pre-Refusal, they treat their lower caste members and freeborns with respect, believing that the Inner Sphere would do better under their care rather than the treatment of other Clans. Post-Refusal after the Clan's split, the Crusader half treats their lower caste worse and freeborns within the Touman can only reach the rank of Star Captain due to their experience with Phelan Kell. The exiled Warden half, however, treat their caste with the same respect as they did before the split. So the Exiled Warden Wolves are your best bet.

Clan Jade Falcon - They do treat their lower caste harsh, but not to the extent of the Smoke Jaguars. There is discrimination between trueborn and freeborn and warriors and lower caste. But at least the lower caste enjoy a high standard of living despite their discrimination and they do allow freeborn to enter their touman. So you would have to deal with some discrimination, but it's not that bad.

Clan Smoke Jaguar - They are known for the brutal and savage way they treat their lower caste members and freeborns. They would vent their anger by attack Jaguar owned territory and their own populace. They never allow freeborns to enter their Touman, putting them in lower caste. So if you end up as a bondsman, expect the harshest treatment, that is if you are lucky enough to end up as a one. They would mostly end up killing bondsmen.

Clan Ghost Bear - The Ghost Bears are known for their sense of family (they were founded by a married couple after all). So their society resembles that of the Inner Sphere in that manner. During the invasion the Ghost Bears wanted to have a positive image among the Inner Sphere, so they actually cared for the inhabitants of the worlds they conquered and chose to act as partners rather than rulers when they absorbed the Free Rasalhague Republic. So if you were in Clan Ghost Bear, you would be treated with great respect just like the Warden Wolves.

Clan Steel Viper - The Steel Vipers are known for being arrogant towards their own clan and others. They mirror the views on how Clan Smoke Jaguar should treat their own people, so they never allow freeborn in their own Touman. So if you get captured by the Vipers in combat, expect death or harsh treatment in their lower caste.

Clan Diamond Shark - The Diamond Sharks are known for both is mercantile ways and their reverse way on how they treat their caste(Merchant and Labor Caste at the top and Warrior Caste at the bottom). If you end up as a Diamond Shark bondsman, expect to be used bargaining chip to your faction. But if you became abtakha (a warrior accepted in the clan), they will treat you with respect.

Clan Nova Cat - The Nova Cats are known for their spiritual ways. In the invasion, they were known as a reserve clan that tried to pacify rebellious Jaguar worlds and later on defect to the Inner Sphere. So if you are a bondsman, they will give you respect.

Hope this helps

Don't get captured!
As with most military's to surrender, or to blackout after a wound you can be killed without option to fight back.
Other than most Inner Sphere Soldiers the Clans are highly psychotic - what is true and honorful today might be a serious affront tomorrow.
It doesn't help you when you face the wrong Sociopath among the ranks (including Wolves or Bears)

As a Marik Soldier the best you can do is not get captured - kill as many of the Clans as you are able to do. Although when getting captured don't try to rise in the ranks of a warrior - unless you have a chance to kill more of them - try to become a merchant - they might let you go home, for a price.

I could give you more information about how the other clans treat bondsmen, but I thought you wanted to know the main Invasion clans.

Yeah...right....anyway.

Clan Blood Spirit - Clan Blood Spirit are know for their isolationism. They believe that every clan has betrayed Kerensky and they alone hold true to his ways. So the Spirits rarely take bondsman. So ending up as a bondsman is nearly impossible, unless one decides to do so. But they would they would be prejudice like any other clan.

Clan Cloud Cobra - They are known for their various religious Closiers and their philosophy known as The Way. They do take bondsman. If you end up as a Cobra bondsman, there will be no discrimination, but expect to be lectured on their faith on a daily basis.

Clan Coyote - They are known for their creation of the Omnimech. Despite their Warden stance, they are known to be a bit harsh to their lower caste. Freeborns are allowed in the Touman, but suffer heavy bias while in Coyote ranks. If you become a bondsman of this clan, you will be discriminated against, heavily.

Clan Fire Mandrill - The Fire Mandrills are known for is factionalism based on their various Kindraas. Think of them as the House Marik of the Clans. How they treat freeborns is a mixed bag, with some Kindraas taking freeborn, some not, and others taking bondsmen with exceptions. If you end up as a Mandrill bondsman, the Kindraas with some being accepting, and others being prejudice. It really depends on the Kindraa that captures you.

Clan Hell's Horses - The Hell's Horses are known for favoring man over machine. They mostly treat their lower caste with respect due to their high morale of cooperation. They take bondsmen as long as it is from a source deemed honorable and they accept freeborns and sohlama warriors (aged warriors too old for combat). Only dishonorable warriors receive their contempt. If you become a bondsman, they will treat you will respect.

Clan Goliath Scorpion - Clan Goliath Scorpion is known for their Seekers and love for claiming Star League relics. They hold everything and everyone in deep regard as a part of their "living heraldry" system. If you are a bondsman of Clan Goliath Scorpion, you will mostly act an errandboy, but no discrimination.

Clan Ice Hellion - The Ice Hellions are known for their high tolerance on speed. They make snap judgments and expect everyone to follow their rule. Freeborns can enter the touman, but they have separate camps in these categories: pure trueborn, trueborn and freeborn, and pure freeborn. Freeborns are heavily discriminated against. So if you become a Hellion bondsmen, you will have a hard time adapting to the Hellion way of life and will go through prejudice.

Clan Snow Raven - The Snow Ravens are known for their large clan navy. They are opportunists embracing both Crusader and Warden philosophies. The Ravens are paranoid on accepting outsiders due to the role that Clan Wolverine the Not-Named-Clan played during their annihilation. If you become a bondsman of the Snow Ravens, they will rarely give you warrior status, and view you with suspicion all the time.

Clan Star Adder - Clan Star Adder is best known for their absorption of Clan Burrock. Clan Star Adder has a society resembling that of Clan Ghost Bear. They freeborns to enter their touman, regardless of origin. So if you become a Star Adder, you will get the same respect as the Ghost Bears would give you.

I assume that the remaining Home Clans (Cloud Cobras, Star Adders, Coyotes and Stone Lions) forbade the use of bondsmen after they became Bastion Clans. But that's another story altogether.
