Now that the inner sphere has not only it's light guass, but also it's heavy guass, and LPPC and HPPC it's long past time to give Clan ERPPC it's 15 damage pinpoint or at LEASt fix the incorrect lable of 10 damage in the mechlab....

I'd suggest just reducing the heat on those. Their current damage numbers are fine in my opinion.

imho dmg is fine, cooldown needs to go back to 4s

I've just had a thought: why bump the damage to 15 when ER PPCs have 10 regular damage+5 splash?

the damage is suppose to be 15 pinpoint, but I'd at least like the display in the mechlab to show 15... Or somehow indicate that there is a +5 splash, like for new players?
