Looks pretty good.

Also, my compliments to the artist who made the badges. Especially the first one is probably one of the very best in MWO and generally an attractive design. Definitely inspires me.

Could there be such a thing as too high a high mount? Possibly, with the Marauder II

Looks like, unlike the Nightstar, this could actually have as good hitboxes as the rest of the Mauruder-family mechs.

Lol we need some more squirrel mechs, my drops have averaged 5-6 assaults since the IIC. Excited!

The hardpoints aren't especially great. Very far from Fafnir status

Also, what map is that? Looks like terra therma with a sun up, and maybe snow?

It's the snow version of Terra Therma.

Ummm, good? The Fafnir is all side torso, turns like my grandmother and happily gets left behind by teams to die.

Really? I mean, I have not yet seen the comparisons but the STs seem remarkably slim. I could be betrayed by the perspective but right now I'd be rather optimistic regarding the geometry.

Haven't bough a mechpack in a while, but I'm looking forward to this one...does anyone know what this months mechpack will be (or if there will be one?)?

If we did there would already be a thread for it announced by PGI :(

That's good news then, since the Fafnir never deserved any sort of noteriety, it was and is a huge liability for any team and is outclassed by other assaults with better hitboxes and agility.

I'm pretty sure this cliff is from one of the versions of Frozen City.
