Way back when, I preordered Mechwarrior 5. Part of the the package included a Marauder 2. Today was the launch of said mech, but I didn't get it? What gives, PGI?

I will have to wait till I'm out of this drop to check. No mech after I patched and I did the redeem code a while ago.

So I emailed support. They have my confirmation number and told me to log out and log back in. Still no mech.

I pre-ordered MW5 and used my redeem code and I have my Marauder II. It dropped in my account as soon as the patch finished. Good luck getting yours as well!

If you haven´t received your Marauder II yet, please verify on the homepage store https://mwomercs.com/marauder-ii whether its showing up as "owned".
After that please log in /relog in the Client. It should be waiting in your Mechbay. There was a small delay on some accounts.

Thanks. I didn't realize it was a bunch of different redeem codes. All is good now.

Logged in, still don't see mine. I look under the redemption page here and the only thing I have is the MW5 Collector's Edition code showing as redeemed. It doesn't say I own any Marauder II pack when I go to the purchase page. Not sure what to do other than show PGI my receipt from the purchase and hope I can get what I paid for.

If you are logged in to mwomercs and the Marauder II doesn´t show up as owned on the store page or profile/preorders then you have to redeem the appropriate code from mw5mercs profile on mwomercs

go to the mw5 website. log in. see 4 codes. redeem the 3 you haven't already.

not in mech bay. It said it was redeemed as an item and shows as owned at the shop page, but not in game yet. Warhorn and MCs received.
