I freely admit I am, on my best day, an average player. I never sweat the 500 match score events because of one mech: Purifier. Idk maybe it just works for me, but give a kit fox that ECM/3xAMS arm, and for my mech, 4xER MED torso, 2xhvy small, 1xheavy med, 2xHMG arm mounted, and I routinely average 500. The game seriously rewards support gameplay

First, thanks PGI for another great event - and for the new coolshot sale (I just yesterday ran out of coolshots from the last sale :-).

Second, regarding that, I'd like to repeat an idea brought up by somebody else during the last coolshot sale: Could you please, please, pretty please (with sugar on top... :-) set the numer of maximum cool shots you can buy at once to 100 (or at least 50)? Just took me about half an hour to buy my 2.000 cool shots (don't ask, I really use them really, really, really often.. :-)

Edit: Just bought myself my second annihilator to compensate for that...

I've always enjoyed challenges when they're, well challenging. Make it 20 matches with a match score of 500 I'll just try 4 times as hard. It doesn't have to even be possible to be fun.

A good mix of easy and challenging tasks but nothing I have to go too far out of the way to shoot for is great. An all-around superb event even before I saw the La Malinche on the table. I've been playing through MechWarrior 3 actually and had no idea it was the 20th anniversary. Thanks for this.

Win 1 match in different mode is not register/update in the award page. I already play 4 match and 2 win in 2 different mode and still award is not light up for them. Please check. Thanks

You are right, maybe PGI started rewarding players that shoot down missles with AMS a few patches ago. To prove my point how useful AMS is in boosting your match score, I score 500 often in my games doing 800-1000 damage, but my first time ever scoring 900 with 1000+ damage has never occurred until a month ago. Here is my screenshot to prove it (for the none believers). I wish I had enough time to screenshot how many missiles were destroyed on this game, but I believe it was 500-700 missiles destroyed. I apologize in advance to those who have their games ruined when the enemy start boating AMS in their matches.Obviously scoring 900 is very rare and it will be difficult to duplicate these numbers, but regardless it will help people who are having trouble reaching a match score of 500.

Here is a comparison on how useful AMS in boosting your match score.

Math score Without AMS. Notice my score was no where near 900 even with superior damage and kills in a superior mech also.
