Missing Mw5 Pre Order Mechs

Hello all,

I pre-ordered MW5 during the pre-order bonus event and have redeemed the codes. I've received the Marauder 2 but have yet to receive the MW5 mech variants. Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to claim my MW5 mech variants?

Go visit MW5 site again and double check your redeems. There should be 4 total. I'm pretty sure you haven't redeemed all of them and thats the issue.

Thanks guys, I assumed "MW5 Pre-order Collectors MWO Bundle" included the mech variants did not realize there was another code just for the mechs.
