I'd like the flashing Heat Override sign to be reduced to maybe a red light on the dash of the mech. I override my heat most games and am tired of watching it flash on my screen; I know it's been overridden, I do it every match.

In the interim, I'd be happy with a feature that allows me to remove the heat shutdown feature. I'd be fine manually toggling my shutdowns.

Sometimes I forget that I left override on, and might take an overheating shot understanding that I will powerdown safely behind cover, only to realise I had override on, and I instantly implode to death.

So clearly the "OVERRIDE" warning is not large and obvious enough.

... or rather, suffice it to say, that no matter how large and obnoxious you make a warning, people will eventually begin to tune it out if they see it all the time. So there's no reason for it to be that obnoxious. Just put it above the heat bar itself, PGI. Everybody will thank you.

Bumping this thread. For the love of God PGI do this. Everyone overrides, and that thing is just an eyesore that need not be there.
