Timer Makes Me Feel As I Am Playing Solaris

Just had 11/13 in queue. Not at a time where you could expect 2 other large groups joining the queue.
Just start a lobby like in the old FP matches when there are almost enough people. Like it is now it is just making people drop out of the queue again.
And when there are like 14/14 and the matchmaker says ok, just start a game immediately, no use waiting.

It doesnt work. There are only 12 on each side (9out of 10times). So Match maker does nothing.
