Near Extinction

In an effort to solve one problem, mankind has accidently triggered a global ice age. A band of survivors is running from what they call "Green Eyes".

Hosts some action, and one freaking heck of a plot twist at the end. Basically it consists of flashbacks to an old building when it was a company contracted to create a military biological superweapon, and featured tentacled creatures in tanks that tried to touch the finder of a researcher when he touched the glass. As the survivors explore the old building that seems vacant, a powerful storm rages outside, as their foes hunt for them.

Some foul language, gore, violence, and suggestive encounter. Not for kids, not the greatest of films, but has a solid rolling plot line that ends with a nice WTF.
