Other than one side having to do all the attacking (IS) it was the most fun a bunch of us had in FP in a long time. More please!

The first two matches after the phase were terrible Conquest and Incursion. That brought everyone back to our current, sad reality and the group disbanded.

except no one expects for fp to happen on a wednesday.

I stopped even looking at what's going on in FP. After playing 2 matches of Siege, it became obvious that the gameplay is actually worse than QP.

I agree, good FUN Charles.

However, I would submit that the bolded part should change.

I must really need some rest. I read the title and saw "8 hours of sleep yesterday was glorious!"

But yeah, I would love a bit of Siege action but having to attack constantly (or defend for that matter) would get a bit stale. I do miss the old Counter Attack mode, basically Skirmish on a Siege map with no turrets or O-Gens to worry about.

I played mostly Clan but I agree that the attackers/defenders should be 50/50. Attacking all the time gets tiresome.

i think the most annoying part of it, was that it was CLAN defending, so every single match it was charging through a hailfire of lrms, granted we would 48-8 or 12, because, well lrms are awful.


i said it was annoying not hard

I'm hoping Corsair 7A's (with 4 AMS) become commonplace for IS on certain maps. Now only if Clan had a 4 AMS assault we might be able to control lurms somewhat.

Dont know , dont have a single ams on any of my mechs.
Do consider them a waste of tonnage.

Also think he meant his boys and him tanked thru annoying
lrms and still did managed to give the pugglitos a proper stomp.
And they were defending.....................

I've got quite a few people that have my build on them, I've seen a few in the wild, and as you know from being with and against me when I'm in it, its ******* hilarious that I can sit in the open with a lrm 100 nova cat shooting me, and i wont even lose 3%in a volley

It also can shut down every atm from an atm 48 supernova, even at 200m a single missile wont get through.

I have many matches with 10k missiles destroyed, quite a few 15ks, and I have broken 20k missiles destroyed twice.

Naw I just March right behind ragnar in his ac2 anni, I protect from lrms, he protects me from direct fire, and we W key until everything is dead.

Yesterday's Siege cycle (7/24) was 12 hours (or so) and it was fantastic fun again.

GG Charles, only got to fight young squad once we had over 6 people do less than 500, and 2 more do less than 1k.

However our 4 man all broke 2k minimum I think :P

We got some more dudes after that but every game after was a stomp.

4 people couldn't carry, but 6-8 people is too much >.>

Yeah, even a couple of noobie-ish PUG's on your team can result in a stomp-spiral when facing organized opposition and even more so when said puggies are attacking. Boy, do I own that t-shirt.

Yeah, even the addition of a couple of decent pilots make the difference in the majority of games.
