When base rushing in Incursion the rewards are just ridiculously low. Winning the game pays nothing, yet this is how PGI wants us to play it. Also base-rushing will win the match in two drops maximum depending on who does it first, everyone is usually just pissed off that we waited so long for a short match.
Change the rewards for the game mode and make it harder to base rush

Incursion needs to die in FP. So does Assault, Conquest, and Domination. FP should be Siege and Skirmish if we must have QP maps and I'd love to see Counter Attack and Hold Territory brought back.

I'd want two things to make FP Incursion actually interesting to play. Firstly beef up the turrets so even if you rush Assassins you're likely going to struggle because they'll be dealing way more damage, secondly add in those ECM towers that Escort had in the bases and have them counter stealth too.

Conquest is fine.
I really don't see why you hate it so much; some of the most dynamic gameplay in all of the game.

Don't end incursion match with base destruction.
Make damage to the base as the main criteria and kill numbers as the secondary.
This way, if a team decide to base rush on the first wave, the other team still can win if they also destroy the enemy base and have more mechs alive at the end of the match.
