The Thing....A.K.A. John Carpenters The Thing

Rated R

Trapped in a winter storm, something begins to hunt those at a small research station.

The movie begins with a dog being chased and shot at from a helicopter. The dog runs to an Antarctic station and after a brief fight scene, the dog is rescued. Upon hunting for clues, the researchers head out to the station where the dog came from, only to find a camp heavily damaged, burned, and frozen bodies. Later, the dog that was spared has a fit, and erupts as some kind of creature bursts from within, killing the dogs it was kenneled with. The crew discovers this and begins to wonder what they found, and then mistrust as they learn the true nature of the creature as it becomes them. The movie stars Kurt Russel.

Violence, Gore, Frightful Scenes, Foul Language.

(If you have a twin that a family member has never met, on o those two person shirts would allow for one freaking practical joke after your victim and you watch this movie.)
