Dragon Lance board game. One of the older games that is still fun to play. Consists of a table top board and plastic dragons with the intent of capturing the fabled Dragon Lance, which once you got, you had a good chance of winning the game. Used plastic chips to elevate the dragon's as part of the game, as elevation values. Don't know if anyone else here enjoyed this game, I did.

There were books, cartoons, a D&D Game, and board game. Saw a couple of the cartoons when I was a lot younger, enjoyed a couple of the books, have not played the D&D quests.

I had the game. Moved and made the mistake of leaving it someones house. Never saw it again.

The map had floating fortresses with special items in them that powered up the character from the books you were using. You picked a dragon and placed disks under them to denote height and battled it out. I forget how you got the fabled Dragonlance, but you were basically unbeatable once you got it.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game. Simple to learn, and many hours of fun.

Thanks Kalimaster for bringing this up...brings back many cherished memories of old friends I haven't seen in nearly 20 years.

Your Welcome Shiloh Bane. You had to put 10 disks under your dragon to get to the top of the tower, then the Lance was yours to gain a wonderful advantage.
