Title says it all. I know the last 2 Patches were Epicly HUGE but can you please find time for the Conquest Ticket count increase.

No, reduce ticket count for conquest, go back to 250

Better yet, remove it from the mode. Want to play Conquest, there's Quick Play for that.

IF WE MUST have Conquest increase the tickets to 1750-2000.

Can't even find time to change the number of tickets 1250 to 1500...?

I was just thinking to myself what a sad con "The Year of Faction Play" has turned out to be.

It's obvious now it was just BS they dreamed up when put on the spot at MechCon to try to pretend they had any development plans at all for MWO.

Reason why we dont have it like that is that its just a too hard feature to implement. The amount of dev time required and all..

Also it would bring balance problems once people have to use more than 2 mechs in a single engagement.

Somehow i do suspect that PGI have their conquest in FP and QP as the same entity. And changing the numbers would require to code a duplicate of the mode. Same goes for Incursion targets and turrets. The only rational thing i can think of, that explains this ****show.
Epic short-sightedness.

Or, they just can't be bothered even for such trivia. Tells you enough about the prospects.

But FP conquest uses 1250 tickets and QP conquest uses 750 tickets.

I just think they're lazy.

Right! I forgot the QP counter, silly me. Then it's the worst... They are just lazy beyond any measure.

Changing one number in a spreadsheet will require 10 programmers and $500,000.....don't ask me how, so it's not happening

1600 tickets would be fine. I'm not at all an BUT MUH OBJUCTAVES person, but Conquest FP is legit the only game mode in this game where the objective actually matters.

I agree the matches should be longer; but that shouldn't underscore the value of a mode that doesn't play like a MOBA with all of the lanes and none of the AI allies.

I agree Prototelis, While I do not enjoy the game mode some people do. So I am not calling for it to be removed just have the ticket counter increased I think to 1750. But ANY increase would be welcome.
PGI cannot continue to ignore this, search for a game for 15 mins then get a Conquest with a 25 min timer and the game is over with 12 mins left on the clock. This is why the population flees, a simple fix is called for and it will be ignored or they will come up with some new crazy idea that nobody asked for or wants.

Yea I wish. It is by the way just a matter of changing the numbers on a Spreadsheet. Paul once posted a pick of a mistake on a mech that got a stupidly low twist rate or something. It was just a Spreadsheet type document.

lol, okay I can do this;

I don't enjoy;

(1) standing at the end of the lane and waiting several minutes for because siege forces one team to lemming to shoot a stationary object to go through another lane

(2) Walking for 2-3 solid minutes on average to funnel up to a choke point

(3) Game modes that are usually lost in 1.5 waves; usually with almost no hope of recovery.
