I was just thinking to myself what a sad con "The Year of Faction Play" has turned out to be.
It's obvious now it was just BS they dreamed up when put on the spot at MechCon to try to pretend they had any development plans at all for MWO.

Also it would bring balance problems once people have to use more than 2 mechs in a single engagement.

But FP conquest uses 1250 tickets and QP conquest uses 750 tickets.
I just think they're lazy.

I agree the matches should be longer; but that shouldn't underscore the value of a mode that doesn't play like a MOBA with all of the lanes and none of the AI allies.

PGI cannot continue to ignore this, search for a game for 15 mins then get a Conquest with a 25 min timer and the game is over with 12 mins left on the clock. This is why the population flees, a simple fix is called for and it will be ignored or they will come up with some new crazy idea that nobody asked for or wants.

lol, okay I can do this;
I don't enjoy;
(1) standing at the end of the lane and waiting several minutes for because siege forces one team to lemming to shoot a stationary object to go through another lane
(2) Walking for 2-3 solid minutes on average to funnel up to a choke point
(3) Game modes that are usually lost in 1.5 waves; usually with almost no hope of recovery.
