I have got it a few times. It's just rarer and rarer with the ever declining population. HPG, the two Canyons and Mining over and over. Oh then of coarse the idgets who farm for Polar so that they actually are useful for once out of a hundred games. Even Rubellite and Tourmaline are becoming rare treats.
This would probably be an excellent time to remove Polar completely and go to a random map system.
