I started playing MechWarrior with the 3rd game on release when I was 12. I played it online for 8 years until Microsoft took down the servers. Then I went on to play 4, MWO, Living Legends, and HBS BattleTech.

After the MSN Gaming Zone servers went down, a small group of us got together to form the MechWarrior 3 Community. We came together to try and preserve knowledge of the game such as how to play and technical support. One of our members is actively modding it to this day. Many websites and screenshots were lost over time so I started a non profit YouTube Channel to archive battles in MechWarrior 3, MWO, and Living Legends.

You can see that here: https://www.youtube....VQcCnKQe3CXNJBQ

I also began collecting printed material of BattleTech such as reference manuals, comics, and merchandise.

I feel that BattleTech could one day be a great movie or TV series and one day my archiving could help others experience more of this IP that they missed out on.
