Hello,
New to MWO; table-top player for many years.

I have a specific question:
On omnimech variants , does the mech skin show the different weapons?
Or, do you only see the primary configuration of weapons?

Weapons will change based on whatever loadout you change them to. The skins are just camo patterns. They don't physically change the mech, just apply patterns and colors, which you can also change. Unless you're referring to something else.
