I'm missing my MadCat MKII, my WarHawk, and a few other mech's.....

Is there an expiation for these errors? Either way I'd be grateful if I got my paid for mech's back.

Did you actually write to support? Do you care to elaborate? Maybe it's just a filter setting that fools you. You can check your profile page, it shows you all the mechs you own.
