Trying To Find Name Of Movie

Movie was made in 60s, 70s. A group of people were selected, and put in underground bunker or something. They are given months of food, entertainment, etc. They watch the TV, that a war has broken out, and nuclear war happened. Chaos, fights in the bunker starts to happen. At the end of movie, the get out of the bunker and find out that a war never happened at all.

Was a two hour movie. Never thought it would be from the Twilight zone series. (Thinking maybe it could). Would check them out. Psychologist are on the other side monitoring them, but we never know until the end of the movie.
