How Do You Create Account On Mw5Mercs.com?

So I bought MW5 from Epic, and can't find forums anywhere. Just kinda bumbled into what looks like mw5mercs.com being the official site, but... there's nothing about how/where to create a user account??

How do you do that, OR where are the official forums for MW5?
