Did I correctly understand that since the last MW5 editor update, one can mess / edit character conversations?

Would it be ok to ask for someone to add a bit of roleplay to the game?

There are silent/unused characters around in the dropship.. it would be nice to add some roleplay with them? Maybe add a romance arc with Ryana? Make Fahad more of a character, and less annoying?

Or if possible, add completely new, engaging, interesting characters?
