Starting with the marriage between Gomez and Mortrica, the Adams escape to an old asylum and move in. Pugsley is about to take his test as a man, that is if he can stop blowing everything up. Their world is turned upside down when Wedsday asks what is beyond the gate. Attending school, she crosses paths with the popular girl, and it's hate at first sight. When the town attacks the family gathering, Pugsley saves the day.
