I agree with OP. Potatoes are useful and MWO potatoes are useless. We need a new derogatory edible plant to define the spuds.

I propose Mulberry, Mulberries don't stay ripe for long and when they fall from the tree make nice blood spats on the ground.

I'm sure the Irish would challenge you on that copyright mate. They were so attached to their potato's that they were almost wiped out when their precious tatties got diseased around 1845.

Its not about beeing attached to potatos, what germans are too, its more about beeing called potato.

Sure the brits called germans krauts, but the brits have no clue about food,
the muricans called them krauts too, but did you listen to someone how elects a clown as president,
the french are strange, they cant even spell potato
and the russian dont even know that you can eat potatos, they just drink them.

I used the not germans in germany as benchmark and they call the germans potatos.
