I agree with OP. Potatoes are useful and MWO potatoes are useless. We need a new derogatory edible plant to define the spuds.

I propose Mulberry, Mulberries don't stay ripe for long and when they fall from the tree make nice blood spats on the ground.

Johnny Slam. As the potato pope, i am offended that your offended with the term. there is nothing wrong with being called a potato, its as much a call to try harder as it is a term of endearment. come join my flock of potatoes, i will help you grow big and strong, so when the farmers come to harvest they will have trouble pulling your deep strong roots out of the ground.

we are all potatoes in one form or another, and besides it's part of the gaming lexicon, you cant escape the word in any MMO style game. so instead of fighting it embrace it, wear it proudly like i do. Besides someone calling u a potato is far from the worst thing someone can call you for being bad at a game.. . feels like your being overly sensitive and reaching a bit here to make a big deal out of nothing...

just scream "1v1 me bro!" in voip, batchall whoever triggered u or whoever your speaking for for the rights to the term :D

"Stick and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me"

Grow a thick skin or realize that maybe if someone called someone else a potato it's for a good reason,i know i always call potatoes anyone who does dumb stuff, i don't always type it in chat because then i would waste more time typing than firing my lazors.

Silly. If you somehow magically ban the politically incorrect word "potato", it will be replaced by another derogatory term for low skill player, as low skill players will always exist and people who think they're high skill will always whine about them. You'll just run around banning this and that words without any result

I'm sure the Irish would challenge you on that copyright mate. They were so attached to their potato's that they were almost wiped out when their precious tatties got diseased around 1845.
They are the worlds true 'Potato' title holder. Unless we are rewriting history that is, Now that all the Kerensky statues are gone we need a new target of our erm?? Inclusivity....

It didn't help that us filthy brits were buying up their foodstores on the cheap while the whole thing was going on. Practically stole what food they did have.

Disgusting behaviour.

If it walks like a potato, acts like a potato and ends up with a potato's score...odds are, it's a potato.

Personally, I'd probably rate Kohlrabi as one of the least useful edible plants. Basically a big chunk of broccoli stem. Why even bother with that vegetable?

Its not about beeing attached to potatos, what germans are too, its more about beeing called potato.

Sure the brits called germans krauts, but the brits have no clue about food,
the muricans called them krauts too, but did you listen to someone how elects a clown as president,
the french are strange, they cant even spell potato
and the russian dont even know that you can eat potatos, they just drink them.

I used the not germans in germany as benchmark and they call the germans potatos.
