Because of COVID, nobody wants to get that close to the kids coming to the door.

So, make a candy slide and make it fun so that the candy will drop right into the bag.

You can use a hot wheels race track, or an actual slide, or even a tube used for golf clubs.

Have a great season.

i was thinking of an air powered candy gatling gun. but i will probibly only leave 3 days for design and build and not have it finished in time, like my meowing cat-pumpkin i did a couple years back. getting an arduino to meow is hard. i compiled the code like 4 minutes before trick or treat started, i gave myself four hours to write the code.

another idea is to get a plague doctor costume. an ideal outfit for the times. bring out your dead.

When I lived in a 3rd story apartment, we setup the candy with parachutes. That was fun for everyone. And the kids LIT UP when they saw the first piece float down as they walked up, then once they were watching, we sent down more pieces for each kid.
