It would award faction points and solve the 30 minute landslide games we typically see in 48 vs 48 matches.
This allows players to gain faction points, play for their side of the conflict, and not have to worry so much about coordinated 12-mans.
True, with low population some sync dropping is possible, but at least players don't have to play it out for 30 minutes in lopsided conditions, rather the typical 5-6 minutes of a QP game.
