Pilot Bios - Do They Mean Anything?

So I'm looking to hire a new pilot...
I'm wondering if their little paragraph bios that can be read in the top right next to their mugshot, actually mean anything?

Like, I found a pilot that a really "high chance of avoiding enemy fire" which I presume is their piloting skill, yet in the pilots bio it said that their hands shake which makes them not a very good pilot.

So does the Bio description actually mean anything?

For non-mission reward pilots, the bio is generic and randomly assigned like names and voices.
