Apparently according to the support email I got back, all the email support is shut down until the 4th which is no good. I just paid full price for the Linebackers collectors pack through the gift portal, where a 2 for 1 deal is active. I've successfully bought a pack with this deal before for the Rifleman IIC, but this time all I got was a receipt, no ******* codes.
All the email support is out of office, and the MW5 Discord server requires phone verification to enter. How can I get this refunded/compensated before the deal expires?
