I think that you can't.
You can mark Patterns, Decals and Bolt-ons as favorites, but not Colors.

OK, thank you for your very quick reply, much appreciated!
Note to MWO/PGI: Need to implement "Favorite" for Camo Colors, otherwise it becomes an incentive not to buy more Camo Colors!

It is quite possible that I am wrong. But I really can not find a way how to mark a colour as "Favorite".
When I am checking my colours, I am using the "Owned" filter.
