I think it would be a good idea to have a dislike button on the forum just like the Like button

It saves time, being able to disagree in a timely manner

And helps keep the forums a constructive and positive place

Never enjoys the whole social media about Likes / Dislikes / similar but more to the point, I think you wanted this section.

The issue is like in reddit people abuse the system and force only their views.. Anyone who disagrees get group attacked and results in toxic behavior.

Yes but then their toxic behavior is plain for all to see

And rediit has

A no Deekz policy, an improvement in my opinion

At Reddit

I can get to the gist reading half a page, instead of 25 pages of mostly sheet posts

Might encourage forum use from non regular forum users imo

Depending on subject it gets way worse.

Except without going too much into detail on bad subjects, some site including reddit are so biased, you have to disregard whole sections, in rare cases the whole site.

In the words of my elders, "If you can't say anything good, say nothing at all."

All you propose is a blatant bullying system that would be too easy to abuse. I would have thought you had seen this behaviour enough over the years where the "loudest" drowns out the innovative, quirky or new posters until they stop contributing and eventually you end up in a situation as we are now, in having low numbers, poor drop experience and general lack of involvement because the nay-sayers ended up getting their way (but as a minority, ruined the game for everyone else).
