The movie begins with blade searching out his mentor, Whistler. Meanwhile, a new threat begins to suck away, the Reapers. A creature that feeds upon vampires. This forces the vampires to extend a truce, and an alliance with Blade. Blade accepts. He joins the "Blood Pack" which had intended to hunt him. At a Vampire Safe House called the "House of Pain" they start to hunt down their opponents. The Reapers turn out to be immune to silver and garlic, which causes the Blood Pack to end up getting a bad experience. One of the Reapers gets smashed by an oversized hammer and comes back for more. Down in the depths of knee deep water filled tunnels, the Blood Pack becomes overwhelmed, and the vampires turn on blade and capture him, revealing that the a plot has been hatched by the head vampire. The movie ends with blade holding his new vampire love as the sun comes up, turning her to ash.
A good movie, halfway spooky, and well made. Not for kids. For Older teens, a possible treat, and for older adults, a chance to relish a good movie from the 90's. (Does this make you feel old now.
